SovrIT PTI (Personal/Private Technology Infrastructure) is a personal IT platform built for autonomy, returning control of your digital life to you. Private by default, it replaces reliance on third-party cloud services with a full spectrum of sovereign, self-hosted services - identity, communication, storage and more.

Inherently a broad collection of integrated, self-hosted apps and services wrapped in a private mesh network, SovrIT is much more than the sum of its parts. Replacing reliance on ISPs, mobile carriers, and the entire suite of modern cloud-dependent services...

...All superseded by a modular ecosystem you operate yourself. Simple enough for the home, robust and resilient as enterprise infrastructure.

Purpose & Mission

Most personal data today lives inside third-party clouds you do not control. It is routinely inspected, analyzed, monetized, and used by the companies that store it, as well as by government agencies that increasingly disregard the spirit and intent of constitutional privacy protections. SovrIT exists to break that dependency by providing a stable, sovereign foundation for digital life — engineered and maintained with the same safeguards, discipline, and mission-critical mindset found in enterprise IT environments.

True digital sovereignty requires that your data, your communications, and your daily digital operations be protected end-to-end. SovrIT enables you to become your own ISP and mobile carrier, paying traditional providers only for the raw bandwidth required to move encrypted data. Your information should belong to and be visible only to you.

"OK, but why should I really care? I have nothing to hide."

THE SEVEN ARCHITECTURAL PILLARS OF SovrIT PTI

01

Absolute Sovereignty & Zero-Trust Privacy

  • No third party holds the keys to your data, identity, or private network.
  • All services are designed around encryption, local ownership, and zero-trust principles. Even when data passes through infrastructure not under your control, it does so in encrypted form.
  • Privacy is not treated as a feature. It is treated as foundational infrastructure.
02

Autonomous Functional Resiliency

  • SovrIT is designed to be self-healing.
  • Continuous monitoring systems detect service degradation, infrastructure instability, or operational failure and automatically trigger recovery procedures such as restarts, rebuilds, failover operations, or infrastructure rollback.
  • This ensures that the infrastructure maintains its own integrity without requiring manual intervention for routine failures.
03

Geo-Distributed, Global High Availability & Failover Redundancy

  • Critical infrastructure can automatically fail over to a geographically distant remote node during:
    • power outages
    • ISP failures
    • hardware failures
    • theft
    • fire
    • natural disasters
  • This allows core services and encrypted data to remain available even during catastrophic local events.
04

Invisible, Active, & Physical Security

  • Effortless security is seamlessly integrated into the user flow via smartphone-based biometrics (WebAuthn).
  • Self-auditing, proactive defense is provided by a dedicated security-focused Large Language Model (LLM) that monitors system logs and device/service heartbeats to identify and autonomously remediate complex threats.
  • Security extends to physical protection with SovrIT SANCTUM (Sovereign Attestation Network for Conditional Trust & Unlock Management) which integrates a vision-based LLM that uses cameras and AI to detect physical intrusion by thieves, raids by state agencies, etc. as well as other means to protect critical user data by protecting the physical devices on which it resides.
05

Sovereign Voice & AI Assistance

  • The SovrIT Assistant serves as the primary interface to the system's intelligence for both voice and chat-based AI assistance. By utilizing local Large Language Models (LLMs) and high-fidelity speech-to-text engines, the assistant can:
    • answer questions
    • automate workflows
    • search personal records
    • assist with troubleshooting
    • provide operational guidance
    • coordinate smart-home functions
    • perform research tasks
  • This sovereign intelligence is natively integrated with the universal search index, allowing the SovrIT Assistant to provide context-aware insights from personal records while remaining 100% private.
  • Unlike mainstream/third party voice assistants (Alexa, Siri, etc.), SovrIT Assistant remains available (locally) even during internet outages.
06

Decoupled Encryption at Rest

  • All sensitive data is encrypted using hardware-independent encryption systems.
  • Decryption keys are deliberately separated from physical hardware so that only encrypted, unreadable data is available on the stolen or seized servers.
07

Operational Continuity — The SovrIT Handbook

  • Technology should remain operable even if the primary technical user is unavailable.
  • The SovrIT Handbook provides continuously updated, human-centered operational documentation using annotated screenshots, step-by-step guidance, and plain-language instructions. ("Click the gear icon shown circled in red")
  • An AI documentation system (SovrIT Scribe) continuously reviews and updates the Handbook so that instructions always reflect the current system state and interface layout.
  • Modeled after the technical documentation standards used by the U.S. military to ensure that family members and other non-technical users can confidently maintain and operate critical infrastructure during emergencies or long-term continuity scenarios.
